Here’s a shout out to all of my HCLF and 80/10/10 buddies: green datorade. Packed with plant protein and full of caramel-y date sweetness, this is the perfect post workout pick-me-up. Or snack. Or breakfast. You. Will. Love. It.
2 cups dandelion greens (for extra protein- but your favorite green will do)
3-4 ripe bananas
6-8 dates (soaked at least 10 minutes in warm water for better blending)
1-2 cups water or plant-based milk (pictured here: cashew milk)
1- Soak dates in water 10-15 minutes prior to blending.
2- Process the remaining ingredients in a high-speed blender.
3- Experience datorade bliss.
